[포토뉴스] 20년만의 폭설과 한파로 시민들의 발이 묶였다.

[ 버스를 기다리는 시민들은 눈보라와 차라운 바람을 견디며 곧 도착한다는 안내판의 버스를 기다리고 있습니다. 그러나 1시간이 지나도 버스는 단 한대도 도착하지 않았습니다.  장소:관악구청 인근  |  사진 : 윤선재 기자 ]

 

2021년 1월 6일 서울 전지역에서는 저녁부터 이미 예보 되었던 눈이 내리기 시작 하였습니다.

 

폭설이라고 하였지만, 20년만의 폭설은 시민들이 생각하는 그 이상의 혼란의 가져왔습니다.

 

버스정류장에는 버스를 기다리는 시민들이 안내판의 버스 도착시간과 스마트폰의 앱을 비교해가며 버스를 기다리지만 예정된 시간에 도착하는 버스는 한대도 없었으며 어떤 도로에는 지나다니는 차들을 찾을 수 없었고 어떤 도로에서는 차들이 주차장 처럼 멈춰 있었습니다.

 

기자의 경우도 1시간 가량 버스를 기다려 봤지만 도착하는 버스는 한 대도 없었으며 집까지 걸어가야만 했습니다.

 

시민들은 어떠한 공공정보에 따른 안내도 받지 못하였으며 길거리에서는 제설차 또는 공무원들의 제설작업과 관련된 내용은 찾기가 힘들었습니다.

이 날 서울시의 위기관리 기능은 마비였다고 밖에 볼 수 없었습니다.

 

폭설에 한파까지 몰아친 날씨에 시민들은 먼길을 걸어서 집으로 향할 수 밖에 없었습니다.
